West Hawaii Dental is giving away a free, in-office whitening treatment as a prize – approximate retail value $315. (No cash value to be awarded.)

• West Hawaii Dental is not responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete or incorrect entries.

• Open to residents of Hawaii ages 18 years or older.

• Duration of promotion will be from Tuesday, September 8, 2015 through Thursday, October 15, 2015.

 

To be further eligible to win, participants must, by October 15th…

1)  "Like" West Hawaii Dental’s Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/WestHawaiiDental.

2)  Publicly "Share" the "WIN a FREE Whitening" post, pinned to the top of the West Hawaii Dental Facebook page.

(NOTE:  Shares of the post must be generated from the post on the West Hawaii Dental Facebook page – not from someone else’s post or page.)

 

On October 16th we will randomly select a participant from those who have "publicly shared" the post. If the selected participant has "liked" West Hawaii Dental’s Facebook page, they will be announced as the potential winner of the whitening treatment.

 

By completing the two steps above, participants agree that we can use their name (as shown on the Facebook post) to announce them on the post as the potential winner of the whitening treatment. The potential winner will be given two weeks from the time of announcement on the post to contact the West Hawaii Dental office at 808-322-9355 to schedule a visit to award the prize. If potential winner does not claim the prize within two weeks of the announcement, a new potential winner may be selected and the process above repeated at the discretion of West Hawaii Dental.

 

To receive the Whitening Treatment prize, the winner’s teeth must be in good enough condition as determined by the dentist(s) of West Hawaii Dental to receive the treatment. Upon examination of the winner's teeth at the scheduled visit, if it is found that there are issues which could produce sensitivity or otherwise present problems with the Whitening Treatment, the winner will be given the opportunity to work with West Hawaii Dental to correct those issues, or to visit their current dentist (within 90 days) to correct those issues, before the Whitening Treatment is performed. Any correction of oral/dental issues prior to the Whitening Treatment are necessary for the comfort of the winner receiving the treatment and would be at the discretion and financial obligation of the winner. Neither West Hawaii Dental nor the winner’s dentist would be financially responsible for correction of such issues. If such issues are found and not corrected, and the potential prize winner thus forfeits their prize, a new potential winner may be selected through the process outlined above at the discretion of West Hawaii Dental.
